J2 Retail Systems offer ten different forms of EPOS terminal, ranging from PC style monitors to wireless, handheld devices. For small businesses who occupy cosy premises, the J2 100 is an excellent option. Available in three different streamlined sizes of 8.4, 10.4, and 12 inches, these touchscreen terminals can fit in anywhere, whilst not compromising on quality or design. In fact, with its compact features, the J2 100 is considered to be one of the best options for stylish, contemporary and minimalist businesses to maintain visual appeal and attraction. For those looking for something a little larger, yet still stylish, the 14 inch J2 225 is perfect. The larger screen allows for easier user experience and optimal software presentation, while the hardware itself can be customised to allow for colouring that blends in with existing branding. The largest offering from J2 Retail Systems are 15 inch screens, with the choice of the J2 625, J2 650, J2 680, J2 630, J2 630TF and J2 615. All are touchscreen, and all run on different operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and POSReady, so it's important to consider personal preferences prior to purchase. Additionally, the main differences between these peripherals are memory size and number of USB ports for attaching add-on hardware such as barcode scanners and printers. Whereas the J2 625 has 2GB of memory and four USB ports, the J2 650 can be purchased with up to 16GB of memory and five USB ports. The more flexibility for add-ons, and the more memory, the more businesses should expect to pay for the product.

The hardware offered is also quite dated, with just a single handheld device available and no options for devices that run iOS or Android operating systems.
